Welcome to a new season!
We apologise for the late notice of ground and time changes for Round 3. Three key members of the Management Committee had commitments outside the region and poor internet access meant we struggled to get changes online. Given the previous weeks rain, we gave the fields every chance and didn't call out fields until 10.30, once they had been inspected. We assumed everyone would prefer playing than missing another week!
Thank you to those teams who have applied for ResultsVault logins - it will make things easier for the Registrar!
Remember: enter match results online, then email/deliver the original match sheets to Registrar within 72 hrs. Full details on how you can use ResultsVault here.
- Competition will commence on April 14. Grand Final Day will be Sat 1st Sep.
- Each Club is required to provide a Chaplain.
- SCA Chaplains Course from May 2012 - deadline for registrations extended. HCCF will pay $140 subsidy for attendees.
- There will be no Assoc meetings in May or July.
- April, June and August meetings will be at Grainery Network commencing at 7.30pm.
For every team that includes a HCCF Referee in their roster, HCCF will reimburse the Referee their rego fees and credit each player $5. Join HCCF Referees now!
